Gentle changes to
Her once youthful face
She has grown older
Only with much grace
Wrinkles line her brow
Gray hair frames her eyes
Grown a bit more round
Oh how time flies
Her knees wobble a bit
And her hands do shake
With her sweet demeanor
Life she learns to take
She doesn't walk as fast
Trembling is in her voice
This all comes with age
She isn't given much choice
But she doesn't complain
And her heart is warm
Around her grandchildren
Who gather like a swarm
They love her right back
As her love is given each
From her they can learn
She has much to teach
