March winds do blow and howl
Eerie it is as it shakes the house
For on the table it rattles a bowl
I think even scaring a mouse

The trees do shudder and shake
Bare limbs shaking in the wind
But will this wind really make
Spring come around and ease our mind

The snow it melts in the wind
As the snow gets brown with dust
Are the trees on the mend
Is the wind really a must

Soon, oh I do hope
The Robins will suddenly appear
But snowy and cold Robins do mope
However then the wind disappears

Soon, oh I do hope
Spring will be here and greenery bring
Such are the seasons as we do mope
As I do think of a kite string
