Behold the incomparable eagle
Who reigns supreme throughout the skies!
On mountain crags from his aerie,
He surveys the land with keen, sharp eyes.
The eagle is the only bird known
To intentionally fly in a storm.
He can spot fish from a mile above,
A trait which far exceeds the norm.
The eagle sets a good example
For all families everywhere.
He remains true to his mate
And helps with the young ones care.
Symbol of our great American nation,
The eagle represents that for which we stand -
Strength, endurance and bravery -
Recognized and hailed throughout our land.
All hail the mighty American eagle
As o'er the land he soars.
A symbol of strength and courage,
Traits which everyone adores.
