Relentless calendar
Pages dropping with abandon
One at a time, both fast and slow
Where does this time go?

Christmas shopping starts anon
Pages drop like fallen leaves
Soon November winds will blow
Where does this time go?

New year just around the corner
Pages dropping fast, and faster
Then winter days and endless snow
Where does this time go?

Spring renews, the days fly by
Pages dropping, oh, so swiftly
There's no way to stop the flow
Where does this time go?

Summer comes and brings the heat
Pages waver as they fall
We watch the sun as it sets low
Where does this time go?

Relentless calendar
Pages dropping with abandon
One at a time, both fast and slow
Where does this time go?
