I am not afraid of the age I am
Or the fact that my wrinkles are many
I am not afraid of my gray dry hair
Nor that my shape is no longer skinny

My grandchildren will carry on for me
When I have been called home from this good earth
And those young people will do well I'm sure
They have great value and are of great worth

It is a natural way of happening
Just take a good look at nature's fine plan
One animal dies its young continues
Green leaves spring up when brown drops to the land

It's the same for humans in this old life
When the old Oak dies acorns grow a tree
I'm not afraid when it's my turn to die
My grandchildren will carry on for me
