Little calloused barefoot boys,
Shuffle through rife dandelions,
They will play,
They will play.

The butter from buttercups
Clinging to rolled up little boy jeans.
They will play.
They will play.

Jewels of dewdrops on branchesí bursting buds,
The rain has gone, light breeze asway,
They will play.
They will play.

Joy painted faces of pretty pink girls,
Pine needle leis made with giggles
They too will play
They will play

Dancing pups and newborn colts in flowers,
Oh, the sheer perfection of it all
Creatures play
Creatures play.

Standing and looking, Spring went back to see
If all of winterís gone and glee!
All will play
All Will Play
